Happy days are here again! I am so happy! Today I took my car to the shop to get the fuel filter changed. I found out that it didn't get fixed because the fuel filter was rusted on. Then I went over to Rashel's house and watched movies. Tonight, Chase asked Rashel out and she said yes. I was so happy for him. But, right before I left, I asked Smaki out, and she said yes! I am happy. I could dance. We plan on all going out together on a group date. I am looking forward to it. I better get some hours in at work first, so I can have some cash. I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight I could jump for joy! Yay!
A lot has happened lately. We finished the running of Dirty Work in High Places. It was awesome. If you went, thank you very much. If you didn't go, I have one thing to say to you: Jesus doesn't love you anymore. I don't necessary know the exact order these event occur, but I bought the 5th Harry Potter Book the day it came out, and I finished it in 2 days. I am so proud of myself! So, in honor of Harry Potter, I put the Harry Potter theme on my site. Enjoy! At the cast party, I had so much fun. I met a new "friend," and I hope to become closer friends with this person. I may even ask her out. Ask me about who it is. Hee hee hee. On the way home from the cast party I was stuck at an intersection and an Indian came up to my car and knocked on the window. I was freaked out and I locked all my doors. The guy said his car was towed and wanted to know where 12th street was. I told him and then he asked if I would take him. I lied and told him I couldn't because it was after curfew and it was out of the way. Anyway, he left and then I went home. It was really weird. Tomorrow I am going to Rashel's movie party at 3. I invited my new "friend" and she is coming. I am so happy. I think I may ask her out tomorrow. I'll keep you updated.

It's been a while since I posted. I have been very busy....and very grounded. The play is going well. Tonight is closing night, and the cast party. Mom, Dad, and Ian are going to my grandma and grandpa's 50th wedding anniversary party. I am going to go get something to eat. Hopefully I will remember what has gone on since I posted?

My parents came home from camping tonight. Damn it! It is so peaceful around the house when they aren't here. Oh well. Chase leaves for St. Louis tomorrow to check out a college. I am going to be taking his brother, Ben to play practice while he is gone. Today consisted mainly of cleaning, and doing absolutely nothing. I finished downloading Worms Armageddon. I can't believe I finished the download in less than a week. It took 2 days! Behold the power of the computer!

Geoff spent the night last night. Last night, I watched The Ring for the first time. It is a freaking scary movie. I was so scared. That is why I asked Geoff to spend the night. I decided to take my mind off of the scary movie by watching My Fair Lady. It brought back fond memories. *pauses for a moment of silence* Today I had to wake up earlier because I had to play bells at a fellow bell choir member's wedding. The piano player really sucks. He doesn't know how to keep time, and follow direction. Ergo, we got a little off at times. Oh well. After that, we went to Geoff's house so he could get his allowance. He had to mow before he got the money. While mowing, he discovered a rabbit nest. He caught two of the little bunnies. They were so cute. I named one of them Cinderblock because it kept jumping out of Geoff's hands on to the pavement. It was a little retarded. After getting the money, we felt a little hungry, so we went to the mall and had Chinese at the China Pantry. It was tasty. I had orange chicken and black pepper chicken. Yummy! Then, we went to Culver's to see Ebony, but she wasn't there. She was on break. We decided to go shopping a little. We went to Hot Topic, and I bought 3 pins. Yeah! I couldn't find the "I Love Nerds" pin, but I found some others that will replace the loss. After purchasing our things, we went to see Ebony. Geoffrey ended up purchasing a ring at Hot Topic, and then he bought a custard at Culvers. Also, he left his newly-purchased ring on the counter, and we went home. After we got home, we called Chase and invited him over. We watched TV w/ him, and then he went to work. We decided to grill hamburgers for supper. Yummy. After trying to light the damn grill for 15 minutes, we finally got it started. I made the hamburgers, and Geoff prepared the condiments. The burgers were very yummy. We decided to go get Geoff's ring at Culvers. When we got there, Ebony was getting off in 10 minutes. We decided to walk around and then go back and see her. We walked out into the parking lot together. After leaving the mall, we went to HyVee to pay Chase a visit. "Randi" was there. Geoff kept threatening Chase saying he was going to go talk to her. We ended up going and checking my schedule. The other day, Chase and I discovered sticky notes on our time cards that said, "Please see me ASAP. Thanks, Lindsey." We were freaked out because we had called in sick for the RenFest, and we thought we got caught. Today, we realized, that we may be getting a raise. That would be cool. I sure could use a raise. I discovered a new drink. It is called, "Rockstar Energy Drink." It is very tasty, and has a lot of caffeine. We bought two of them, and then on the way out of HyVee, we opened them up and took a drink. We loved them, so we went back in and bought 4 more. Chase is going to come over when he is done working. He gets off at 11. We plan to sleep in tomorrow. I am going to feed him this highly caffeinated drink. What I find funny about the drink is: on the side it says,"NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN OR THOSE SENSITIVE TO CAFFEINE." That makes me wonder...why didn't I discover this earlier?!?

Well, not much has happened lately. My parents have let me home, yet again, because they went camping. I would have gone camping, but I had play practice, and a wedding to go to. I don't really want to go, but I have to play bells. We are playing Pachelbel's Cannon in D. It is a fun song to play, but some of the people in the group can't play fast enough. I spent the night at Chase's house last night, because I didn't want to risk driving home after 11. If I would have gotten pulled over, I would spend the rest of the weekend in JDC. I don't think that would be a good thing. Last night, Geoff, Chase, and I went to Walmart, and bought Nicholas's gift. I think he will like it. It took not even 5 minutes to pick, because I knew Nicholas would love it. Today, we start wearing all of our costumes during rehearsals. I don't want to, but I have to. I will be sweating so much, because my costume is a tux. I have like 4 layers. On Wednesday, I got my hair cut. They took off like 4 inches. That is a lot of hair. I loved my hair...but....anything for the betterment of the play. By the way, if you read this, Nicholas....HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I saw the person I like the other day. It was kinda nice. I haven't seen her since school, but I have been instant messaging her. It was nice....Anway, if you beg me enough, I might tell you who she is. OOOOHHH! I bought a pattern for my Renaissance costume yesterday. It will be soo cool, but the material I want for the vest, costs $26.14 per yard. I don't have that kind of cash. I will be paying Nicholas to make it for me. I am gonna go get Chase's ass out of bed now.

Had play practice again today. It was the first day we had to be off book for the second act. I did pretty well, even though there were some spots that I need to work on. It wont be a problem. My mom has been very bitchy lately. She thinks that I need to check in all the time. It is not necessary. I will eventually, but not right after play practice. The reason I don't like checking in is: when I do check in, she tells me I can't do it. She doesn't let me do anything. Plus, she acts as though I love being home, and spending time with the family. Personally, I hate being at home, because all they do is yell at me. She needs to give me more freedom. This morning I woke up, and found out that she had a huge list of things for me to do, and I don't have the time to do any of them. I have play for five hours during the day. I can't wait for this weekend, they are going to be gone camping, and I get the house all to myself. I love it. It is a vacation from my stupid brother, and all the bitching from mom. Thanks for listening to me bitch about my crappy home life. Have a nice day.

I love the Renaissance Festival. It is so fun. Today and yesterday, I sang at the 2nd Annual Siouxland Renaissance Festival. It was pretty cool. Next year, I hope to participate a lot more. Maybe get my own costume, and become a part of the court. That would be so cool. It would be extremely fun. I was scheduled to work today, but I became "sick." I had pneumonia, and wasn't able to go to work. What a shame. Oh well. I have play practice again tomorrow, and I need my rest. I bid thee farewell.

We finished the movie, and it was awesome! I suggest that you watch The Pianist. It is a great movie. Anyway, we had play practice again today, and we did the choreography for the songs. I have our song pretty much down, so I am not too worried. One thing that I am not sure I can do, is go off book for Act 1 tomorrow. I can probably do it, but when we have to go off book for Act 2, it may be a different story. We'll see how goes.

AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH! I feel like going on a killing rampage...well, maybe not a killing rampage, but I feel angry. Chase and I rented the movie, The Pianist, and we got half way through, and it was all scratched. It sucked. Tomorrow, we are going to take it back and get our money back. We had to stop it early. I am mad. If I continue typing, I think I will start talking like a drunken sailor.
Not much is new today, but I went home, and my cousin, Andy was ripping up the ceiling in the basement. We are starting the remodeling! Yeah! I can't wait until it is done. The house will be such a mess until then though, because the dust will come through the vents. Oh well. I told everybody in Executive Suite, that I would have a show choir party when it is done. We have play practice today, and I don't have the Groucho Marx voice down yet, but I will try my best. Who knows, maybe I will get it when I am up on stage?
