I promised a blog post a while ago, but I have yet to deliver until now. Lots has been going on in my life. First and foremost, I am stage managing Kin: the trial of Carrie Buck. We opened this last weekend and on Friday, the playwright attended the show and had very good things to say about it. Also, through the play, I met this girl. She is wonderful. Don't read too much into it.
She is so much more different than everyone. She is almost like my perfect complement. Things have been going so wonderfully. We had a talk the other night and she has been involved with a recent breakup. So, I am just playing the waiting game. It hurts, but sometimes you have to get hurt to feel again.
Yes, I know this post has proven to be lame. However, there is some other news in my life. Next year, I am officially taking on the position of Production Stage Manager for the Augustana Theatre Company. I am super excited because that is what my workstudy position will be. Well, I am going to go to bed. Sorry for the disappointing post.
