Bored
So, I decided that graduation money kicks ass! I got so much money that I planned on using for a new computer. However, I was lucky enough to find out that I get to take the family's new computer to college with me, and they will get a new computer, so that rocks. More new news: I work at the Washington Pavillion now! Yay! I used a Barnes and Noble gift certificate to buy Wicked. I am excited to read it. I started last night at about 2 in the morning. lol Anywho, I am now free from the bonds of high school. So, I am currently free to do anything I want. So, you people need to call me! My phone number is 334-6451. Give me a call. I don't want to sit at home doing absolutely nothing. Love and hugs!

Freedom?
Well, here I am, on the last day of high school. I am free, but what do I do? Well, the same thing I did after school everyday. I come home and just sit around and do absolutely nothing. I am so bored. I want to do something tonight. If any of my new BFFs want to include me in their plans, I am up for it. Hell, if ANYONE wants to include me in their plans, I am up for it. I need to celebrate. But first, I need to find my checkbook.
I gradumatated!

New York, New York
Tonight was a blast. After school, I made up a test in precalc. Well, maybe that wasn't so much fun, but I am getting to the fun part. After that, Nate, Geoff, and Aaron and I went to HyVee and had dinner. Here comes the really fun part. I went to my BFF's housewarming party. I bought her a plant and a card (which was really random). I really had a fun time. I saw a lot of really fun people who I will be working with at Augie next year. I am now even more psyched to hang with these uber-fun, uber-hip people. (If it is even possible to be any more excited).
Bri (my BFF), was talking about New York, and how she doesn't think she's a New York kind of girl, and I began thinking about how much fun the New York trip two years ago was. I remember longing to go back again, and guess what!?!? I AM GOING TO NEW YORK WITH THE THEATRE DEPARTMENT IN OCTOBER! I am going to start saving immediately. I am so psyched! It's going to be friggin' awesome! Anyway, I am tuckered out from all the croquet (sp?) I played tonight at Bri's party. Thanks for the invitation, BFF! Next year is going to be amazing with you amazing people. I love you all!

Spring Fling 2005
Hello All. I finished my final choir concert of high school, and I don't feel sad. Maybe it's that I just want to get the hell out of that damn place. The concert was a success. All we have left is to sing at graduation. We are singing "For Good" from Wicked. It's a really cool a capella version that my director arranged. I am looking forward to it. I am tired. I think I might go to sleep. By the way, hello to all my new Augie friends! I can't wait until next year!
Fuck
My middle-finger on my right hand fucking hurts. Damn door. I slammed it in the door to my house, on accident of course. Right now, it is black and blue. I hope my nail doesn't fall off, I might gag if it does. AAAHHHH! Why does my life suck!?!?

8 in 48 Festival
Wow, it's been an entire week since the 8 in 48 festival started, and I still can't stop thinking about it. It was the most amazingly fun thing I have done in a long time. Here's what it entailed:
3:00-5:00PM Auditions for Roles
5:00-7:00PM Dinner Break
6:00 Audition Results Posted
7:00-12:00AM Rehearsals
9:30-10:00PM First Mainstage Rehearsal
----NEW DAY-----------------
9:00-11:00AM Rehearsal
11:00-12:00PM Lunch Break
12:00-2:30PM Rehearsal
2:30-3:00PM Final Mainstage Rehearsal
3:00-4:30PM Rehearsal
4:30-6:30PM Cue-to-Cue on Mainstage
6:30-7:00PM Short Dinner Break
7:30PM Performance
As you can see, it was very busy. If you are wondering, I did get a role. I was excited. I played Truman Capote in "Harper Lee's Husband," the winning script of the festival. The play was about Harper Lee, the author of To Kill a Mockingbird. I was the narrator, and best friend of Harper Lee. I was telling the audience about Harper Lee's husband, Quito. Quito was a blow-up sex doll. It was a hilarious show. I will never forget it, it was my first Augustana Theatre Company experience.
Drammies was last night. I didn't cry, which was strange. It was a lot of fun, though. The talent show turned out well. However, we forgot someone's act, which makes me feel bad. They seem to be okay with it, however. I also received Senior Drama Student of the Year. That was completely unexpected. I figured someone who did more shows would get it. I am still shocked, but honored. Tonight was Taste of Suite, which was a total success. There were some Washington people there, which was nice. I hope Claco and Suite will develop a nice friendship.
Also, there was a friend who was offended by some things that happened today. I believe that she has a right to feel offended, but when she is apologized to, she needs to accept it. Some people like to make life so difficult for themselves. Think about what you said last night at Drammies. It was heartfelt and sincere, however today you were acting out of anger. You said somethings that were untrue. You overacted to what was done. Think about it, you had nothing to do with what was left on the voice mail. This person that was called knew it wasn't you. Did you think he was going to hold it against you? I doubt he would. I don't know him, but I doubt he would hold it against you when you didn't even have a hand in it. If you still feel as if it was the most terrible thing someone could have done, just think about how much stress you are causing yourself by holding anger against people who have been your friends this year. Don't be petty, and "Don't burn bridges", in the words of Mr. Pope. That is all I have to say to you right now. The rest is up to you.

Sunday Night
I am almost done with high school. That excites me. My mom is busy planning my open house and my invitations are being sent slowly to all the peoeple who mean something to me. I am just continuing with life, just so I can get done with high school. There are many reasons as to why I am looking forward to college/the end of high school. 1. I hate the monotony of high school. I am tired of living with my parents. 2. I can't wait to leave some of my "friends" behind. They act like one of my best friends to my face, but then do things behind my back that makes me lose trust in them. Damn thief. 3. I can't wait for a more "directed" education. I will be able to take classes for things that I absolutely love. Those are the main ones, but I am just looking forward to a change. By the way, If you are wondering who the thief is, just take a look at yourself, and wonder if you have stolen anything. If you are worried, then maybe it is you. But, I will not talk to you in person about this, you should know right away if you are the thief. Thieves are NOT friends of mine.
That's all for now, I am tired.
