You Can't Take It With You
Wow! It's finally here. College. That is MY favorite american pasttime as I detest sports...mostly. I am loving dorm life and the freedom of life. So, auditions for "You Can't Take it With You" are in two days. Since I am a theatre major and scholarship winner, I have to audition for all the shows. Consequently, I must prepare a resume, which is finished, and I have to prepare a monologue. So, I went to the theatre library and perused through the books. After searching for a little bit I found my monologue. Now, I have two days to prepare for auditions. I am ready. Well, I have a theatre major meeting, so this post will have to be cut short. Have a wonderful day! By the way, if you want, you can come and visit me. I'm Berg 412. Loves and hugs!

Tomorrow! *giggles*
Wow, it's finally here. I move in tomorrow. I am looking forward to the theatre retreat a lot because I will get to meet and be with the people I will be with most during the year. So, yesterday I moved in some of my things. (Most of the big things.) At first, everything was going smoothly, but then we realized that the loft we built was about 3 inches too long! Luckily, I live about 3 minutes from the school, and my dad drove home and cut it down. I had begun to unpack things when he got back. Luckily, my carpet worked out very well.
Here's some more good news. What our original plan to get me a computer was, was to let me have the old (yet very nice, and not old) family computer, and my parents would buy a new computer. However, my dad, at the last minute, decided to give me the new computer. It's so nice. Anyway, I have some stuff to do. I have to work this afternoon! Loves and hugs!

Finally!
Well everyone, it finally happened. I have a cell phone. Yes, I know it's lame since everyone has one, but this is not just a cell phone it is the symbol of my final departure from "the nest." If you want my number, which I know you all do, it is 605-360-5500. Feel free to call me anytime. Well, I am exhausted, so this is all for today. Only 15 days until I move in! w00t! Love and hugs.

The Day That I Die
Tomorrow, I die. This will be my last post unless some supernatural power is able to save me from the fate that I will face. Over the past few days, I have been thinking how to spend my last few hours, knowing what I would be faced with. It is strange thinking that I have been alive for 19 years 10 days and 48 minutes, knowing that the next 12 hours are going to be my last. Tonight was the last supper I will ever taste. The last movie I will ever watch. The last evening I will ever experience. The last sunset I will ever see. I'm glad I spent my last night with my friends because when I wake up tomorrow, I will be alone. Do I fall asleep tonight, enjoying my last daily slumber or just anticipate the eternal slumber that awaits? Or, do I sit in my bed alone and read my last book? Do I sit in bed alone and see my last sunrise? I choose to sleep just because I know I will be alone no matter what. I'm happy the way my life has gone, but I feel sadness thinking about what could have been. I'm only writing this to let those of you who care know what is to happen in less than 12 hours. Monday, August 1, 2005, 12:30PM. I get my wisdom teeth removed.
